Bryn Mawr Alumni Support the "Fund for the Future"
Bryn Mawr and American Councils have been inextricably linked ever since 1974, when a group of professors from around the country collaborated on furthering the study of Russia in the U.S. The American Council for Teachers of Russian began in the Russia House at Bryn Mawr. ACTR has grown into American Councils for International Education, which is fortunate to count many Bryn Mawr alumni among its staff, host coordinators, host families, and volunteers.
Although our Russian programs are thriving, the challenge of maintaining the high level of quality for language and training is ever-present. We're asking our Bryn Mawr alumni, who understand the importance of studying languages and engaging with other cultures, to support American Councils' "Fund for the Future" with a tax-deductible gift. Thank you!
